Terms of Refund Policy

Our refund policy and terms for SEO blog services

1. Scope

These Refund Terms govern requests related to our Service—specifically, SEO-optimized blog posts created upon user request via our submission form.

2. Eligibility & Timing

  • Refunds are only available if the blog is not delivered within 14 days of the submission date, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Once the Service (i.e., the blog post) is delivered, the request becomes non-refundable.

3. Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of the due delivery date.
  • We must verify that the blog was not delivered as agreed, or was significantly delayed without notice.

If the blog is delivered on time (even if you're not fully satisfied), refunds are not available—but see our Revisions Policy for adjustments.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email prasann@purplelink.me with subject line “Refund Request”.
  2. Include:
    • Submission date and form details,
    • Description of non-delivery or delay (with screenshots or proof),
    • Your preferred refund method (e.g., account credit or via original payment).

5. Refund Method & Timing

Upon approval, we'll issue refund within 7 business days:

  • Payment refunds will be sent to the original payment method, subject to processing delays.
  • Alternatively, you may opt for account credit of equal value (useful for future requests).

6. Exceptions & Final Sales

  • Refunds are not available once the final blog post is delivered.
  • No refunds are issued for issues about content style, SEO format, tone, or user dissatisfaction, unless nondelivery was involved.
  • If statutory consumer laws in your jurisdiction provide for broader rights, they take precedence over these terms.

7. Consumer Rights Compliance

These terms do not limit any mandatory statutory rights you may have, such as the right to a refund under local consumer protection laws. If such rights apply, please contact us—we will comply accordingly.

8. Policy Updates

These Refund Terms may be updated from time to time. We'll notify you of updates in a timely manner. Continued use of our Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
